Applies to all reservations made through Cozumel Excursions MX.
These T&Cs work hand-in-hand with our Cancellations & Changes Policy (stand-alone page below). They reflect common policies in the Cozumel market (e.g., voucher process, meeting times, weather, cruise “no port, no pay”) but adapted for your brand .
1) Booking, Confirmation & Vouchers
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment (deposit or full, as displayed at checkout).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email and a voucher with meeting point, date/time, supplier contact, and specifics. Present a printed or mobile voucher on the day of the tour; follow the voucher instructions over any general website times (a frequent industry distinction) .
- If you haven’t received your voucher within 24 hours, check spam and contact us promptly.
2) Meeting Times & Locations
Only the meeting details on your voucher govern. Arrive on time; late arrival may be treated as a no-show.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Prices are shown before checkout and may vary due to demand, currency, taxes, harbor/park fees, or supplier updates. If a material pricing error occurs, we’ll notify you to accept the change or cancel for a refund (aligned with typical “price verification” clauses) .
4) Payment & Charge Authorization
- You authorize us to charge the card you provide for the amounts due (deposit and any balance when due).
- Final charges may appear as “Cozumel Excursions MX” or “Inovex International CORP” on your statement (please confirm descriptor).
- If a balance is due on arrival/check-in as stated on your voucher, non-payment may forfeit your spot.
5) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
See the Cancellations & Changes Policy below for full details. Highlights: generous date changes before cut-offs; cruise No Port, No Pay; weather cancellations refunded or rescheduled; no refunds for no-shows/late arrivals (based on common Cozumel practices) .
6) Health, Safety & Participation
Suppliers may refuse service if you are intoxicated, unfit, breach age/weight/medical restrictions, or disrupt others’ enjoyment (typical operator discretion clauses) . Follow all safety instructions. Certain activities carry inherent risks (e.g., snorkeling, boating, ATVs). You participate voluntarily and assume those risks.
7) Independent Suppliers; Our Role
We operate as an agent/intermediary connecting you with local, independent operators. The operator is solely responsible for delivering the tour/service. Disputes about service quality, photos/videos/merch, etc., must be addressed with the operator; we’ll assist where we can but aren’t the operator (agent disclaimer adapted from industry norms) .
8) Weather & Force Majeure
Most tours run rain or shine. If a supplier cancels due to unsafe conditions, you may choose a new date or a refund per the policy below (weather policy aligns with local norms) .
9) Cruise “No Port, No Pay”
If your ship skips Cozumel on the scheduled date, you get a 100% refund for that booking or a cost-free reschedule/credit option (details below) (popular Cozumel policy framework) .
10) Fraud/Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Unauthorized or meritless chargebacks may be disputed and subject to recovery of fees and collection costs (industry approach) .
11) Liability Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts/omissions of suppliers or for personal injury, property damage, delay, or other losses not directly caused by us. Supplier terms, waivers, and local laws may limit liability (standardized language inspired by similar disclaimers) .
12) Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by Florida law. Venue: Broward County, Florida.
