Email us. We’ll confirm eligibility based on timestamps in the destination’s local time zone and supplier terms.

4) Cruise “No Port, No Pay”

If your ship does not dock in Cozumel on your scheduled date due to weather, mechanical, or other unforeseen issues, you’ll receive a 100% refund or a 1-year credit (your choice unless a specific supplier requires credit only for certain products; we’ll flag those at booking) (policy structure commonly used in Cozumel market) .

5) Weather

Tropical showers are normal; tours typically run rain or shine. If the supplier cancels for safety/conditions, choose a new date or a refund. Seasickness is not refundable (mirrors prevalent policy language) .

6) Operator Discretion

Entry may be refused for intoxication, infectious illness, pregnancy/medical or age/weight restrictions, or unruly behavior (operator discretion concept) .
